Upland Consulting Nigeria Limited (UCNL) was duly incorporated as a fully Nigerian Owned corporation on 26th of January 2004. However, UNCL is an independent affiliate of Upland Consulting Inc., Minnesota, USA - both companies have the same majority ownership and share resources in a manner that facilitates complete knowledge transfer to Nigeria. Upland Consulting Inc. has been in operation since 2001 and has a very long list of clients as well as technical partners.
